Tuesday November 3rd

Cooler today. Ran 1 mile. 5 clean and jerk (65lbs), 10 DB swings (40), 10 burpees. 2 sets.

Run 2 miles outside.

10 minutes of core work. Felt week and crappy. Easy 1 mile walk to finish off 4 miles.

Tired and weak. Blah.
