Thursday, November 5th

7am. Run 7 miles (52 minutes). Felt very poor.

Some lifting (Bench 2 sets 135 lbs 10, 10 and lat. pull down)

Swim 1000 yards (1:33, 1:43, 1:41, 1:42, 1:40, 1:37, 1:36, 1:36, 1:35, 1:32 - 16:19) Very happy with this swim workout.
